Glass Lamination

GLASS LAMINATION

A NEW MARKET, THE SAME DIAMOND LEVEL STANDARD!

Laminated glass is comprised of a sandwich-like arrangement of glass and a polyvinyl butyral interlayer, or otherwise known as PVB. The process is started by placing a piece of PVB between two pieces of flat glass. The glass is then placed under high heat and pressure to active the bond between all layers. The finished product produces a glass that is of a higher standard in regard to strength, break pattern, security and more!

At Consolidated Glass Corporation, we provide a range of glass, from standard configurations to completely customizable. We pride ourselves on the ability to create unique pieces that work for any needs you may have!
